Last updated: 22 October 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with us. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean the business above. "You" means the person placing the order. These details are provided in line with section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA).

2.Accepting these terms

By using this website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Cancellation, Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. We will change the "last updated" date whenever we revise them.

3.Who may order

You may only place an order if:

Our products are not suitable for anyone under 18, or for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. We may cancel any order where we reasonably believe this is not met.

4.Our products and your health

We sell sports nutrition supplements. Our pre-workout contains caffeine and other active ingredients at the doses shown on the product page and on the label.

These statements have not been evaluated by the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA). Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Nothing on this website is medical advice. If you take prescription medication, have a heart condition, high blood pressure, a medical condition of any kind, or are sensitive to caffeine, speak to a doctor or pharmacist before use. Always read the label and do not exceed the recommended serving.

We take reasonable care to describe our products accurately. Labels, ingredients and formulations can change, so always read the label on the product you receive rather than relying only on the website.

5.Prices and payment

Payments are processed by Payfast, a South African payment gateway. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your payment is handled on Payfast's secure systems and is subject to their terms.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a genuine error, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you, and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

6.Orders and when a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract only comes into existence when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. An automated order confirmation or payment receipt is an acknowledgement, not acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, where:

7.Delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver within South Africa.

Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout and shown to you before you pay, and are confirmed again in your dispatch email. Delivery to outlying areas takes longer than to the main centres.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can be delayed by the courier, weather, load shedding, public holidays or circumstances outside our control. We will keep you informed if we become aware of a delay.

Costs and tracking

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and shown before payment. Once your order is dispatched we will send you tracking details by email.

Your address and risk

You are responsible for giving us a correct, complete delivery address and a contactable number. We are not liable for a delivery that fails because the address or contact details were wrong, or because nobody was available to receive it. Re-delivery may be charged again.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full.

Please check your parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, tell us within 7 days so we can put it right. See our Cancellation, Returns and Refunds Policy.

8.Cancellation, returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel an order, return goods and receive a refund are set out in full in our Cancellation, Returns and Refunds Policy. In short, you have a 7 day cooling off right under section 44 of ECTA on qualifying orders, and separate rights for goods that are faulty, damaged or incorrect under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

9.Your account

You may create an account to check out faster and track orders. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to it.

We may suspend or close an account that is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

10.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

11.Intellectual property

The Battle Forged Nutrition name, the GYM TIK name, our logos, emblems, product artwork, packaging, photography, copy and page designs belong to us or are used under licence. You may not use them without our written permission.

12.Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Any such right you have by law stands regardless of what these terms say.

Subject to that:

We also do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error free, though we do try to keep it available and accurate.

13.Your personal information

We process your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). We collect only what we need to take payment, deliver your order and support you, and we do not sell your information. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

14.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.

If you are unhappy, please contact us first. We would rather fix it directly, and we will acknowledge your complaint as quickly as we can. If we cannot resolve it, you may refer the matter to the National Consumer Commission or to a recognised consumer goods ombud.
